POSITION DESCRIPTIONS Senior Program Manager The overall responsibilities under the direction of the Director of Operations, include but are not limited to: communicating with upper management on a daily basis in regards to program status, managing and monitoring the day to day function of the program managers, identifying areas of opportunity for enhancement of program design and delivery, and to foster growth of the management team. The senior manager will also be responsible to proactively identify potential problems and mitigate those to the greatest degree possible. Program Manager Program Manager Individuals who have management background, whether or not in the energy efficiency industry, are always sought for Program Manager opportunities throughout the United States. This position requires managing the implementation of our Demand Side Management programs, including office and field staff, client relations, mid stream actors such as retailers, government agencies and manufacturers.
Program Coordinator Coordinators work directly with their Program Managers to help manage day to day program operations such as field staff scheduling, time reporting, payroll and database tasks. Coordinators must be organized, good managers with communication skills and have a solid familiarity with Microsoft Office products.
Field Representative Field Representatives work directly with retailers and manufacturers to train, give presentations, distribute and set up point of sale materials, and organize and run events and promotions in the field. Field Representatives are the face of APT in the field and must possess excellent people skills.
Technical/Proposal Writer Theresponsibilities includewriting, organizing, and producing technical responses to commercial and government requests for proposals, communicating with upper management in regards to the status of writing assignments, deadlines, RFPs, research projects, and identifying areas of opportunity for enhancement of proposal design and delivery. The Proposal Writer will also be responsible to proactively identify where the proposal process can be streamlined and enhanced.
